Single sessions may
have some positive effect, frequently
more long-lasting than from massage, but
for the best result a series is
recommended.
Bodywork sessions can
either incorporate movement sessions, or
these can be added, substituted or
alternated to the 10 Series at your
agreement.
Your first session is
usually 1½ hour,
and others from 1 – 1 ¼ hours.
