Imagine that your body could feel more
balanced, free of pain, and fluid in movement.
ROLFING®
can help you move towards
this level of health.
 ®
Everyday we create and recreate the body that we
have. Our structure is in many ways the result
of how we use our body on a daily basis, from
the simplest and most habitual gestures to the
way we use our senses, to the most complex
movements.
Rolfing® has been helping people feel more
alive and comfortable in their bodies for many
years. For pain relief, injury rehabilitation or
more general issues of posture and flexibility,
Rolfing® focuses on your ease of movement and
increase in comfort, increasing your energy and
enjoyment of day to day living.
This work is gentle but effective, and Su has
enjoyed working with children, adolescents and
elderly among her wide range of clients.
Su Tindall is currently the only registered
ARA Rolfer® in Queensland and is constantly
continuing her training in this field. Su has a
passion to help people more fully enjoy their
lives and bodies through this work, working in
several practices throughout Brisbane and in
Longreach.
Su has been registered and practicing
Remedial Therapy since 2000, specialising in
Remedial Massage, Myo-fascial Release,

During this time, Su has continued her studies
in these fields as well as Nutrition and

One person may begin to notice a chronic
sharp pain in his back, another an unflattering
contour of her body, another experiences
constant fatigue, yet another, an unrelenting
and threatening environment.
Those over 40 may begin to call it old age.
Yet all these signals may be pointing to a
single problem, so ever-present in their
structure, that it has been ignored: they are
off balance. These imbalances distort the true
alignment of the body, one can be said to be at
war with gravity.
Rolfing® is a system of body work that can
make dramatic changes in a person's posture.
Rolfers® believe that the shape of the body
reflects how well it is operating and how well
lined up (balanced) it is with the field of
gravity. The general goal of Rolfing® is to
bring the various segments of the body (head,
neck, torso, pelvis, legs, and feet) into
balanced and supportive relationships with one
another.
